The female-track curve peaks at C and then declines. Bigger does not mean endlessly more valuable; the question models a preference centered on the middle of the offered range.

Cup letters are not direct measurements of breast volume because cup size depends on band size. The quiz intentionally uses the familiar shorthand, not a clinical measurement.
