Pricing note
Substances and exercise
Habits compound, so their price adjustments compound too.
Regular physical activity is associated with lower risks for heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, several cancers, depression, and premature death. The quiz rewards sustainable activity and does not give its maximum score to the “excessively” answer.
Excessive alcohol and non-prescribed drug use can damage health, employment, finances, and relationships, so they lower the total.
Score: excessive alcohol −$50,000. Marijuana use −$30,000 and non-use +$20,000. Non-prescribed drug use −$90,000 and non-use +$20,000. Exercise adds up to $50,000.
